A while back, a representative from the Cheezburger network contacted me and asked that I stop updating this site. At first, it seemed like they only wanted to eliminate the competition for the launch of their new Failbooking site (it’s being heavily promoted on FailBlog right now), but he offered me a hefty sum of money to do so. I didn’t want to disappoint my loyal fans, but you guys know I really need the money. That’s why I got in this business from the start, you know? I hope you all understand.
It’s been a fine time leading this site into what it was! But I think it’s time to move on to bigger and better things!
I’d love Cheezburger to flash me the cash to take my site down. I’d grab it, take out a $10 for lunch, and piddle on the rest of it.
