I wouldn’t want Karen treating me in an ER and I have a degree is English… What a terrible thing to say and how ignorant… those non-English speakers are better people than her if that’s her ignorant opinion. Does that mean if a tourist gets hit by a car and can’t speak English that they will be denied treatment? Would her opinion be different if the foreigner wasn’t an immigrant from a certain country?
I’m glad we have universal health care in Australia… Karen scares me.

But the second part I disagree with. Obama isn’t trying isn’t trying to take away medical benefits from anyone, he’s trying to make them more accessible for everyone. My mother couldn’t afford health insurance for until I was 13, she was a single mom with two kids, was working full time from 6am-7pm, and still made less than the male part timers.
The disabled remark is absolutely out of line. It’s not like they asked for it and because they CAN’T work is the reason they get help. God forbid someone who physically can’t do the same job as you gets help.
And “King Obama” is just trying to help everyone all around.
